Mentoring is the support, assistance or exchange between two individuals (the mentor and the mentee), particularly for personal development, but also and especially to accompany and develop the careers of members in this relationship. The benefits are multiple, both for the mentee and especially the organizations that chose to institutionalize/formalize mentorship. In our model we work with both individuals and groups. Our tools are customizable, simple, and intuitive allowing for precise matching of mentees and mentors. We also give our members the possibility to create their mentoring relationship independently. Mentors and mentees can choose the areas where they want to interact and are matched with the most relevant profiles. But we can also adjust the matching according to the expectations and needs of mentors and mentees at any time. Our teams are always on standby support members as and when need arises.
Besides the above, we arrange career fairs working with like-minded institution allowing for propagation of career opportunities and information for young people and budding professionals. These can be arranged on-demand and/or in collaboration with a partner locally or internationally.
